Our vetting process is designed to protect users and maintain directory integrity. Learn more about our vetting standards in Section 1.2 of the Performance Marketing & Directory Agreement.

  • No advertising spend required

Pay Only When You Earn

You only pay commission on actual revenue you collect from clients we refer to you:

Commission Structure:

  • 15% on one-time services, products, retreats, and consultations
  • 15% first month, then 10% months 2-12 on subscriptions
  • Calculated on Net Revenue (what you actually collect, after subtracting taxes and processing fees)

Key Point: Since we’re paid after service delivery, you collect payment from your client first, then pay us our commission Net-30.

We attribute clients to Psychedelics.com through multiple channels:
  • Direct clicks from your listing to your website/contact form
  • Concierge introductions via our Human and AI assistants
  • Self-reported discovery – client tells you they found you through us
  • Editorial influence – client references our guides, articles, social media, or newsletters

Attribution Window: If someone discovers you through our platform and books within 180 days, we attribute that referral to Psychedelics.com.

Simple Monthly Reconciliation

By the 10th of each month:

We send you: Our click/lead log and a request for:

  • Bookings from our platform including client name, booking date, and retreat date (to be paid after retreat completion)
  • Completed retreats (payment due in next 30 days)

You submit: Your report matching these categories with client names and dates

By the 15th:

  • We reconcile the data together
  • If needed, we meet by video/phone to agree on attributed referrals

Payment: Net-30 from statement date (for completed services only)

Client names, booking dates, and retreat dates allow us to follow up with you regarding payment timing as retreats are completed.

We use multiple tracking methods:
  • Unique tracking URLs with UTM parameters
  • Click tracking from your listing page
  • Contact form submissions through the platform
  • Concierge handoffs when our AI assistant recommends you
  • Self-reporting when clients tell you they found you via Psychedelics.com

Your Responsibility: When a new client contacts you, ask:

“How did you hear about us?”

If they mention Psychedelics.com, our concierge, our articles, or our newsletter—keep a dated record and include it in your monthly report.

We maintain an 180-day attribution window from first Platform interaction to booking.

  • All bookings/sales from Psychedelics.com referrals

Grace Periods: You get 2 “mulligans” per year—up to 5 business days each—if you miss a deadline. Just notify us by the original due date.

See Section 2.2 for complete reporting procedures.

Dispute Process:

  • Reason for dispute (duplicate, existing client, no Platform connection, etc.)
  • Supporting documentation (CRM records, dated communications)

Pay Undisputed Amount: You still pay the undisputed portion on time; only withhold the specific disputed amount.

Investigation: We have 30 days to review and respond, considering:

  • Client self-reports
  • Reasonableness of claimed influence

Resolution: Valid disputes result in credit on next statement.

  • We don’t charge late fees during good-faith disputes
  • Repeated late payments can trigger termination

Non-Payment:

  • Listings may be suspended after 30 days
  • Termination possible after 60 days
  • Outstanding balances remain due

Our Commitment: We work in good faith to resolve disputes. Honest disagreements about attribution are normal and protected.

Unlike some platforms, we do not process payments on your behalf. You collect all fees directly from clients using your preferred method.
  • You collect payment from clients
  • You report bookings to us monthly
  • You pay commission on Net Revenue collected
  • You convert inquiries into bookings

Our Role:

You can be!

We don’t require exclusivity, but: Pricing Parity Required.

You cannot offer lower prices on your own website or other platforms than what you display on Psychedelics.com. This ensures fairness for clients who find you through our platform.

Attribution Matters: If someone finds you via Psychedelics.com first, then later books through your website, that’s still attributed to us. This is normal for performance marketing.

Existing Clients: Clients already in your CRM with documented booking/purchase activity in the past 90 days are excluded from attribution, unless they explicitly say they found you via Psychedelics.com.
